Contested and Uncontested Divorce

Uncontested divorces are when both parties agree on all terms of the divorce. This includes distribution of any assets and any maintenance, as well as custody, visitation and support of any minor children. Mr. Horn is well known for getting these divorces completed quickly and at a very reasonable rate for his clients.
Mr. Horn has also successfully completed a much smaller number of contested divorces. This could include appearing in Supreme Court on behalf of clients. However, that will sometimes involve negotiating the terms of a divorce or separation agreement outside of court, as well. Clients often prefer this option as it is often much more economical.
